Shipping and Delivery


Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia. Express shipping will be AUD $15, Standard shipping AUD$10 and free postage on all orders above AUD$150.

Please note, shipping times are in addition to dispatch times. According to the AUS post website Standard shipping can take 3 to 7 business days and express 1 to 3 business days.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Pleas ensure that the shipping address provided is secure and accurate. We recommend using your place of work address.
