3.2. Delivery Times: While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for such delays. 

3.3. Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss for items pass to you upon delivery. 

4. Returns and Refunds 

4.1. Returns Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. For detailed instructions, refer to our Returns Policy. 

4.2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 

4.3. Exchanges: Exchanges may be offered for size or style changes, subject to stock availability.
